Every screen carries one honest failure record with its recovery path. This is the one buyers remember. A run classified 'balcony railing feels loose' as a low-priority finishing defect. It is a structural safety issue and it sat in the wrong queue for two days. Any complaint containing a structural or safety term now bypasses the model and lands on Critical for a human to downgrade — never the other way round. A second run refused to draft demand notices for two accounts contesting a possession-date change.
