LeaseFlow
Autonomous asset-leasing OS for the Polish commercial-vehicle market, with a literal twenty-four-hour clock on every file.

Overview
Every application carries a live countdown against a twenty-four-hour SLA — files near breach go amber, files past it go red and stay on the board. Underwriting weights telematics alongside bureau data, co-lender routing ranks four banks by appetite rather than rate, and the rules engine proposes its own changes with evidence and then waits, because a rule that rewrites itself cannot be defended to a regulator.

Every screen carries one honest failure record with its recovery path. This is the one buyers remember. A run scored a first-time borrower at 41 and recommended decline because the telematics feed was eleven days stale — it read missing data as poor driving. Missing factors now drop out of the weighting entirely and are named on the file; that application was re-scored at 68 and sanctioned. A second run refused to raise the auto-sanction ceiling to €90k on evidence covering €30k, and proposed €50k at 52% confidence while saying the confidence was low.
