Production planning and control for a garment exporter running three units and twenty-two sewing lines.

Overview
A constraint planner with a delay-risk model on top. Orders are scheduled backward from the customer required date, and every order carries a 0–100 risk score with the three factors that drove it. Where the model expects an overrun, the Gantt bar extends in hatch — the plan and the forecast are never the same mark.

Every screen carries one honest failure record with its recovery path. This is the one buyers remember. A run scored an order at 12/100 because a fabric GRN was logged — the GRN covered 40% of the requirement and the model read it as complete. Partial receipts now carry a quantity ratio and anything under 95% counts as not in- house. A second run refused to propose a line move where every alternative pushed another order past its date; it escalated a capacity shortfall instead of solving one delay by creating another.
