What is video production?
Video production is the full process of making a video: planning it (concept, treatment, shot list), filming it (crew, camera, lighting, sound), and finishing it (editing, colour grade, sound mix, delivery). Pre-production, production, post-production. When people say they need 'a video', they usually need all three.
How much does video production cost in Vancouver?
It depends on crew size, shoot days, and how much post is involved, so we do not publish a flat rate. You get a fixed price in CAD from the treatment, before we book anything. Start with the free thirty-minute discovery call and we will tell you the honest range for what you are describing.
How long does a brand video take?
Typically two to five weeks end to end for a brand film: about a week to lock the treatment, a shoot day or two, then editing and grade. Social and reels are faster, especially when we batch several in one shoot.
Do you film outside Vancouver?
Yes. We shoot across Metro Vancouver as standard — Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, the North Shore — and travel elsewhere in British Columbia and beyond when the project calls for it.
Can you handle just the edit if we already have footage?
Yes. If you have usable footage, we can take it through edit, grade, sound, and delivery. We will tell you honestly if the footage will not carry the result you are after.
Do you shoot vertical video for reels and TikTok?
Yes, and we frame for it on set rather than cropping a landscape edit afterwards, which is why most vertical video looks like an afterthought. You get proper vertical masters alongside the wide cut.
