Factory operating system with a dual-track milestone engine and nine mandatory pre-cutting gates.
Overview
Two milestone tracks run against every order. Track A is computed backward from the customer date and is always present, because arithmetic never fails to produce an answer. Track B fires only when a real event lands — a warehouse scan, a lab report, a QC tablet. An order can be perfectly on schedule in Track A and completely blocked in Track B, which is exactly what a date-only plan hides.

Every screen carries one honest failure record with its recovery path. This is the one buyers remember. A run auto-passed a shrinkage gate because a lab report existed — the report was for a different fabric lot from the same supplier. Gate evidence is now matched on lot number and cutting was held for eleven hours. A second run declined to fire a Track B milestone from a warehouse scan covering 61% of the PO; a partial receipt is not the event, so the order stayed visibly blocked rather than appearing ready to cut.
