Transport control tower that fuses three independent location sources and flags any pair that diverges past 500 metres.
Overview
Every trip carries Truck GPS, Driver SIM and E-Lock. When any pair diverges by more than 500 metres the trip raises a Location Discrepancy, and the control tower sees exact deltas per pair alongside a probable cause. The 500-metre threshold is deliberately not configurable — making it a slider would let a bad week be configured away.

Every screen carries one honest failure record with its recovery path. This is the one buyers remember. A run closed a 1.4 km divergence as GPS multipath. The vehicle had genuinely left the corridor — the lock and SIM had moved with it, and only the GPS looked normal because it was the stale source. Auto-closing is now limited to cases where the majority of sources agree. A second run declined to write a trip summary while the e-lock had been silent for three hours; the trip shows an explicit source-offline state rather than a confident paragraph.
